Wing Foil is a recently born sport that has taken hold at an impressive speed because in addition to being a lot of fun it is also relatively easy to learn. Like almost all water sports, the Wing Foil was born in the Hawaiian Islands. If in some ways it may seem similar to Windsurfing with which it certainly has points of contact, it differs from them because in the Wing Foil the driving wing is released from the board and allows us to ride light literally above the water and thanks to the efficiency hydrodynamics of the foil, which in this discipline is very generous in size, allows you to glide even at low speeds and with little wind !! If you have never tried the Wing, the first step will be a mainly Wing Surf course (preparatory for Wing Foil), where you will learn the basics of going with the Wing, using a beginner board without the support of hydrofoil. Once you have become familiar with the Wing, you will switch to using hydrofoil - hence the Wing Foil course - to learn how to fly on water!
