Located at the beginning of Valledoria beach. Fantastic spot for wave lovers, especially with at least 20 knots of West or West-Northwest wind.
Kitesurf: Challenging spot for experienced riders. Especially difficult when launching the kite and coming back the beach. Not recommended for learning to surf waves as it’s quite crowded with windsurfers. Remember to always respect the locals and follow the right of way rules - there is only one peak!
Windsurf: famous windsurf spot, big easy left - but be careful of wipeouts as there isn’t an easy escape from breaking waves before the shallow reef.
Surf: If the swell is big enough, it’s one of the few places where the waves come in glassy, especially at sunset when then wind has died down. Waves are long lefts, from 1 to 3 meters. This spot works best with a Northwest swell.
BE CAREFUL OF SEA URCHINS. CHALLENGING CURRENTS. EXCELLENT WATER QUALITY.
